Thanks, I appreciate it! I'm kind of torn about this since the tower takes up real estate on my desk, but I heard that keeping it on the ground attracts more dust into the system. Also, with this standing desk, it might not look as clean as I will need much more slack for the cables between standing and sitting positions plus the cables could get pulled if not measured right. But yeah, the internals get do get distracting at times.

Figured the fumes and smell being in a place I slept in would not be a good idea, am I being too hesitant? Do you experience any issues/inconveniences with it being in your workspace?
Fumes on FDM printers are not as bad. For small prints, you can just leave them running overnight. I usually try not to print while working in my office.
Im mainly using 3ds max which relies on middle mouse button\ scroll wheel for navigation (you need to hold it pressed). I wonder what would be a conventional mouse good for that.
