BG3 Cleaning out Quartermaster Talli at Light Inn, suspected but let go... no rolls.

Nothing special, just that you perform this action correctly, no matter what you get suspected but never have to roll to walk out of being sent to jail.
Mostly just find it funny that you're accused without the thief anywhere nearby and how easily you're words are believed.
