bartie1961 probably because these are arguably the most popular songs of respective musicals sung as auditions. So if you sing it, you make judges bored and blend in with others who sang this

@@TheIndigoSystem i know im responding to a comment thats 2 years old but somewhere thats green is usually considered to be on the dns list because its not recommended to sing songs with an affected accent
