Looks a very nice place to be and very sustainable too! Might be a good place to stay for a future little break away - just to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city for a few days maybe next summer (I live on the southern Lincoln suburb of North Hykeham which is becoming more developed as Lincoln grows).
Does he allow dogs to stay too? I know Alizabeth my Chihuahua would love the open space. Be nice to say there and have running water again, as living on the boat, I’ve not had that for a year now
