I had no issues with this on my apple phone but Using the android S23U will not allow me to drag and drop files without getting this error. There doesn't seem to be a preview window as some mentioned and the task manager doesnt show anything still downloading or in progress. Yet I can not drag the files to my desktop or other folders.
Does anyone can advise my Samsung phone only wok using Phonelink, but not the 1st method in this video. Can see the adroid device after connected with USB-c cable. Driver is update and cable is tested okay on another window11 PC.

PHone link is pretty good, but only photos not video. When you open phone link, you have 4 tabs at the top one of them is for photos

With the cqble it's much more complicated than with my Huawei P20 pro.

YOu cannot transfer RAW photos via the app. It only shows jpeg images from the phone. this is a terrible app.
