We were being quiet and respectful so they could pay respects in peace, we even waited for them to finish before we started barring or anything. they start wrapping up so we head over and start digging the whole, and the family comes back over and there being insanely loud, they even were using this big gravestone as a table for all there drinks and left garbage on and around it, than before they left the oldest guy brang 3 big huskys out of his car, let them run around the graveyard and use the bathroom inside of the graveyard, he didn't pick up any of the dog poop and he let one of the dogs urinate on someone's grave. Honestly the most disrespectful and inconsiderate thing I've ever seen

The alleged cheating was refers to Michael's sister, and since the fact that dean didn't seems to need pay for the sister's alimony(they have no contact from 1970s), i would presume that it is probably true that the cheating is true. We were being quiet and respectful so they could pay respects in peace, we even waited for them to finish before we started barring or anything. they start wrapping up so we head over and start digging the whole, and the family comes back over and there being insanely loud, they even were using this big gravestone as a table for all there drinks and left garbage on and around it, than before they left the oldest guy brang 3 big huskys out of his car, let them run around the graveyard and use the bathroom inside of the graveyard, he didn't pick up any of the dog poop and he let one of the dogs urinate on someone's grave. Honestly the most disrespectful and inconsiderate thing I've ever seen

If he smokes, then find his cigarette butts and dump them all over the house after he's dead, then light up a ciggy fron his pack, and toss onto something flammable in the room and watch it all start to go up in flames, or something to that effect. Its hard to get convicted with a good alibi that others will confirm for you, and when all of the evidence literally went up in smoke and was destroyed by fire. The burden of proof is definitely a double edged sword. It could be expoited by very smart criminals, or it could be used to fuck over the average man, however, it also saves more innocent people from being falsely convicted... on top of incentivising officers, lawyers, detectives, agents, etc to find definitive evidence, which can make or break a case.
