What’s the linage on this version of Gojushiho?

This version of Gojushiho is practiced in Shinshukan and Shidokan. This kata was passed to the founders of these schools, respectively to, Yoshihide Shinzato and Katsuya Miyahira, by Anbun Tokuda, one of the students from Anko Itosu.
