    For me going to the gym or just taking a walk really helps.

      As long as your taking that time for yourself and working on whatever it is you are doing good. For me it’s content for others it’s the gym, not matter what it is as long as it’s healthy and relatively safe.

      Yes, the gym and outdoor activities really help. Knowing what is good for my hubby mental health and something he enjoys, I always sign us both up at 5k runs or simple walks on local trails.

    Thank you so much for putting this out there! Unfortunately most of the resources out there are about dealing with anxiety/depression once it's arrived. By then it's often no good because you're too depressed to seek help. I'm compiling a list of proactive messages and resources right now so your video was very timely. Thanks again!!
