They got rid of the cubbies. I ordered mine after I saw this video. When it arrived there was only the main piece and no cubbies. I was thinking they forgot them. So I went back and looked more closely at photos and found that Tesla inconspicuously changed their website photo without cubbies. Same price, no cubbies so now everything will slide sideways. Who knows if there was a design flaw, or they just decided to save money, or supply issue .. who knows.
The whole cybertruck looks like a Tesla fail. Rivian R1T comes with under seat storage standard and it sure doesn’t look like a rain gutter from Home Depot.
My old 20y old truck does not look that good. I’m impressed.

The whole storage bin definitely rattles when the sub woofers make noise. Especially the little containers

Free is hard to beat. I ultimately found that if I had stuff in there when the subwoofers hit it rattles I found it very irritating.
@@PortlyGentleman ahh good advice. I plan to stuff towels in there too to prevent stuff from moving around. Hopefully it helps with that issue.
