Thank you very much for posting this! It is awfully useful. I couldn't figure out how to disable stop/ end words, so some annotations did not show in the query result. But I introduced a short sequence at the beginning of each annotation - like ann -- and used it in the search criteria. So from now on I'll use it in all annotations to make sure the query will retrieve all of them.
