Super Creamy Instant Pot Rice Pudding

Instant Pot Rice Pudding. An easy and VERY delicious Instant Pot Rice Pudding! The secret is in the sequence, the right combination explodes the rice pudding with creaminess and flavor.
1 cup rice (I used Mahatma rice, a starchy rice, unwashed to keep the starch)
2 cups water
4 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/3 cup sugar
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
After your initial test, you can add additional milk in half cup increments to make it thicker, or subtract half cup to make it thicker.
