Amazing work, it looks superb ! Passive radiators are a bit too small for such drivers though, next time use passive radiators that are the same size or bigger than your drivers, and it would be perfect !
The amplifier is made for 4-8 ohms per channel, but the total impedance of the woofer and the tweeter in parallel is 2,67 ohms (just simple physics). Doesn't that hurt the speakers (or maybe the amplifier)?
@@jurgenvanrosmalen5946 4 Ohm tweeter with 3.3uf capacitor in series and 4 Ohm bass speaker in parallel. The result is still 4 Ohm. You can do an experiment.

The tweeter has a capacitor in series and is still 4 ohms.
@@跡軌 that makes it even worse... because two times 4 ohms in parallel gives it a total of 2 ohms

Just a quick tip , 10:06 you should never mount speakers with screws ,you will ruin the sound and the whole box will vibrate. Use glue
