I've seen a few videos of yours already and thought I was subscribed. *Subbed*
I normally see how a certain recipe goes and the food made, and adjust to my taste. When I began cooking for myself I'd follow instructions just as they were. With more experience I could swap certain ingredients, and add more or less of other items.

Thyme, marjoram, parsley, oregano, sage and basil. Widely available in supermarkets as "mixed herbs"
