- ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਤਾਉਮਰ ਚਲਦਾ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਉਸ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ - ਉਸ Challenge ਨੂੰ ਅਸੀਂ ਕਿੱਦਾਂ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲ ਉਥੇ ਆਂਦੀ ਹੈ । ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ ਖੁਦ ਲਈ ਖੜਾ ਹੋਣਾ । ਇਕ ਤਰਫ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਹਾਰ ਕੇ ਬਹਿ ਜਾਈਏ ਤੇ ਦੂਜਾ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਬਿਤ ਕਰੀਏ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਸਾਮਣੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਟਿੱਕ ਸਕਦੇ ।
ਕੁਝ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਹੀ ਮਿਸਾਲ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਏ ਹਨ ਸੁਪਰਨਾ ਜੈਨ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਿਮਲਾ ਦੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਨ । ਵਕ਼ਤ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਤਸ਼ਦਤ ਵਿਖਾਏ ਜੋ ਸੋਚਣਾ ਵੀ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲ ਹੈ । ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਦੇ ਹਿੰਮਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਾਰੀ । ਹਾਲਾਤਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਡਿਗਾਉਂਣ ਦੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ, ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਫਿਰ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਹਰ ਇਕ ਲਈ ਮਿਸਾਲ ਲਿਖ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
ਉਹ ਕੁੜੀ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ Torture ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ, ਇਥੇ ਤਕ ਕਿ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਵੀ ਗਿਆ, ਅੱਜ ਉਹ ਇਕ ਕਾਮਯਾਬ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਹਨ ।

Suparna Jain who hails from Shimla had been through the worse. She came across the challenging times when her husband and in-laws mentally tortured and hit her. ਮੇਰੇ ਗੁਆਂਡ ਇੱਕ ਕੁੜੀ ਨਾਲ ਏਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ,ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਓਹਦੇ ਘਰਵਾਲੇ ਨੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨਾ ਤੇ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਤੰਗ ਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ, ਪਰ ਉਸ ਕੁੜੀ ਦੀ ਸੋਚ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਜਿਥੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਘਰਦਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਕਰਤਾ ਮੇਂ ਉਥੇ ਹੀ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਏੇ ਤੇ ਉਥੇ ਹੀ ਮਰਨਾ ਏੇ,ਪਰ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਏਦਾਂ ਦਾ ਆਇਆ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਕੁੜੀ ਦੀ ਸੋਚ ਨੇ ,ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰਵਾਲੇ ਤੇ ਓਹਨਾ ਦੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੀ ਸੋਚ ਬਦਲ ਦਿੱਤੀ ,ਹੁਣ ਓਹ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਬਹੁਤ ਖੁਸ਼ ਏੇ ,ਜੌ ਮੇਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਅੱਖੀਂ ਦੇਖੀਆ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਕੁੜੀ ਨੇ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕੀਤਾ,ਸਿਰਫ ਇਹ ਸੋਚ ਕੇ,ਕਿ ਮੇਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਘਰ ਬਰਬਾਦ ਨਹੀ ਕਰਨਾ,ਅਗਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲਾਂ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਓਹਨਾ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਸਿੱਖੋ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ਵੱਡੀਆ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ,ਮੁਸੀਬਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਕੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਹੱਟ ਜਾਣਾ,ਇਹ ਸਿਰਫ ਕੁਛ ਹੱਦ ਤੱਕ ਹੀ ਠੀਕ ਲਗਦਾ ਹੈ,ਤੁਸੀ ਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਓਹਨਾ ਪਾਪੀ ਬੰਦਿਆ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਾ ਲਿਆ,ਪਰ ਅੱਗੇ ਜੌ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਭੈਣ ਉਸ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਏਗੀ ਉਹਦਾ ਕਿ ਬਣੋ, ਬਿਹਤਰ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਅਗਰ ਤੁਸੀ ਓਹਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਲ ਸਕਦੇ,,,ਹਰ ਵਾਰ ਕੁੜੀਆ ਹੀ ਕਿਉ ਝੁਕਦਿਆਂ ਨੇ ? ਭੈਣੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿਚਾਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਗਲਤ ਨਾ ਸਮਝਣਾ,ਸੁਪੋਸੇ ਕਰੋ ਅਗਰ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਅਗਲੀ ਵਾਰੀ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਜਿਆਦਾ ਮਾੜਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਮਿਲ ਗਿਆ, ਕਿਆ ਤੁਸੀ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਛੱਡ ਦਿਓਂਗੇ,,ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਜਰੂਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਭੈਣੇ
