This is actually a real type of rally called I think "time/speed/distance." It's for amateur drivers in street-legal cars, kinda like the rally equivalent to autocross.

This actually the most annoying part of this game, it's like drivin on the public road with speed limit. Thanks for the clue cause nobody explains in the game that goal is kemping it on +/-0.5 s from target. Completed tha just now on the short SS in Sweden, thanks God I will never get back to this mode 😂
Not sure if its bugged out or something but I hit the last one twice at 0.430 and 0.366 and it gave me a penalty point even though that is well within the 1 second grace period with 0.5 seconds on each side
