You need to lubricate the rubber track the window rides up and down. I use silicone spray. In many cases people assume the motor is failing but lubricating the rubber track annually allows the motor to work the window up and down.

great job helpful video i have a question. when you slide the window to fit inside thoses 2 pink groves on the regulator what holds the window so it doesn't jump out or fall out while the window is going up and down is it glue or sticky pads thanks

The window is attached to the regulator with screws.
