that's bullshit , finishing anatomy should mean being able to know the histology , position , blood flow/drainage of an organ , innervation and general functionality . Neuroanatomy by itself will take 6 weeks , if you actually study each part as it should be studied .
@@ZantherStone u can skim through the general stuff , nurse school anatomy is still anatomy . But learning neuroanatomy to an adequate level would take 6 weeks of fully concentration studies . U need to know the organization of the CNS +the histology and nuclei/pathways distribution , the PNS and it's division/innervations , exact pathways of the bigger nerves . Histology of nerves and ganglia , histology of brain and cerebellym , spinal cord and their meninge , the circulatioin of the CSF . + Quite a few other subjects . U might read a key point booklet about the subjects that lets u pass a multiple choice exam ... but u won't no matter how invest finish all of anatomy in 6 weeks . (If what u are talking about is just general organs distribution and their supplies then it's doable but that ain't medschool anatomy)

No time for cooking, working out, full meals, or talking on the phone with loved ones, whatsoever. We had all the topics you mentioned, though impossible for me to know the depth compared to full med school anatomy as compared to it unless I went through a detailed syllabus I guess.
Becoming a medical scribe while not majoring in anything health related has been a kick in a butt. Writing this here cause the main thing I struggle on with training is initially “knowing” the concept at first rather than continuously applying it has been the reason I don’t retain certain concepts. I appreciate y’all learning more of depths of medicine cause I’m learning just a fraction of what you guys are doing. You guys got this, and I believe in you.
My personal favorite method is using a whiteboard. I draw out the diagram and color in whatever I need to remember (I am currently learning muscles and bones). I will fill in whatever I know, then look at the diagram, pick one or two to remember, and then switch color and write those down. Once I have gotten all the names without looking at the diagram, I will wait for 5-15 minutes and do it again. I will then review them mentally every morning and night.
Today at the univercity i fucking saw a 4 years old childs body without the face and legs and hands just staring into my soul in an alcohol jar. Even if i dont want to that would stay with me

Anataomy is all based on your memorization and then the concept.. because no matter how much concept you gonna learn you will never be able to learn all the nerves, arteries, bones, muscle and landmarks without memorising

The strength of those pathways depends on the attachment with the memory being formed which decides wether a memory is short or long term. Different people respond differently to different things and thus their reactions and eventual ability to memorize and recall something will be different due to their unique interpretation of the stimuli. Everyone needs to find a method that beats help them retain information, it's not a matter of jUsT dO iT gEt gUd brUh

BWA, Situs, Kopf Hals in ca. 8 Wochen und das in so einer Genauigkeit, dass ich damals in BWA durchgefallen bin, weil ich den N.ilioinguinalis nicht gefunden hatte im Testat und die kurzen Handmuskeln auf Lücke gelernt hatte
We enter med school right after high school. We had approximately 6 weeks to learn thorax,upper limb, histology, embryology, general physiology, blood,CVS, biochemistry- food and nutrition, biomolecules It's horrible to memorize this massive amount of information in such short time
