I enjoy the people, the cultures and yes i prefer the African look. And as a result of my marriage i met quite a few mixed couples where relationships are going strong.

Dear sister, thanks for in lighting some of our prejudice towards the black woman, I agree that of what you said in finding a true love / marriage for black woman in abroad. I also believe the problem lies with the society in general for this issue, Here in western society true love/ marriage is valued of what it used to be many years ago.
If you watch adverts or indeed any sort of TV or movie in the UK you only see Black men with White women I don’t understand the complexities or agenda behind this ,but I wonder does this make things harder for Black Women and does anybody notice this or indeed even care ? I find this a very strange myself and wonder why this has started
