VR CINESCAPE is a VR movie production office space that creates the future of cinematic experiences. The program includes flexible and diverse work space for over 200 employees. The tower is split into departments to allow easy communication. Projects flow from the writing department to the art department, and finally, to the digital modeling department. “Community attractors” at the base of each department encourages interactions between the departments. These attractors include the project screening area, cafeteria, lecture space, and exercise area. Sky gardens between the discrete enclosures provides neutral space and common meeting rooms for all.
The plinth contains general-public programs like a movie museum, restaurant (both for workers and public), and VR cinema boxes. The public can experience the projects being created by the company. Individuals or small groups put on headsets and enter the boxes. What they are experiencing in the cinema is projected onto the surface of the box.
