NATIONAL SCHOOLS REGATTA 2019 SPECIAL | TIPS + MEMORIES

Since we have the National Schools Regatta coming up this weekend I thought it would be good to offer up some tips for racing at one of the biggest regattas of the junior rowing scene of the year.
Alot of the guys here at Leander have rowed at Nat Schools and talk about the memories fondly so sharing some of their favourite memories felt apt.

2014 through to 2017, got the last two at Nottingham (ahh memories) before it moved to Dorney. Can fully relate to Ed's nerves, at British Junior Championships in J18 and felt sick before the TT, semi and final!

Any why is Dorney "much nicer"? And being at Dorney certainly doesn't make it "easy" for the likes of Aberdeen Schools and others.
