would like more information- brand of the book, what waterrcolor brands this is an absolutely gorgeous painting, but I need more help to make it happen….. I’m a beginner
These are so festive and beautiful I am a beginner and need more directions to create my own ornaments, as suggested in the title of this video, There are so many unanswered questions. It is frustrating as someone just beginning, which I think are most of us watching these videos. It says that this is step-by-step tutorial but to me it is more of a demonstration with parts of the process missing. Perhaps in future videos you could list the paint colors you are using - either in the description or on the screen. While I may not have the same color, it helps me to figure out which of my colors would be a good substitute. It would be helpful to know the size of the paper, the size/sizes of brush/es you are using, a note on the screen if you let the paper dry, are painting wet in wet, dry in dry, or use other techniques. Are you using gouache, Dr.Martin’s bleed proof white, or something else for the white dots? All of this would give guidance for those of us just beginning. I really like the music.😊
Your watercolor talent is absolutely AMAZING! May I suggest that you don't skip ahead as much as you do and give a little more direction as to what you are doing. Most beginners don't know how much water to use. And why don't you speak telling us what you are doing? Speaking and letting us know what you are doing would be such a big help and probably get you lots more subscribers. If not, could you at least put the colors on the screen that you are using and mixing together please. So far out of all the Christmas tutorials I've watched by other people on watercolor you are the best that I've watched. Thank you for sharing your talent.
Its Canson watercolor paper 300gsm(Coldpress).. and canson company does not have a journal.. I like the texture of this paper.. so i made a journal With canson paper...
Very nice and thoughtful colour variation in the ornaments. I like it! Maybe next time don't do an outline - it shifts your piece from realistic to cartoon as the lighting does not provide a reason for a dark outline.

Did you rewet the paper throughout? It looks like so much of it is wet on wet but my paper would never stay that wet for that long. Thanks! Stunning!
Yes.. I washed it multiple times .. when its dried ..
And i used Canson Coldpress paper, it is good for wet on wet techniques .. It wont dry too quickly..
