Born in SLC and a Lifelong resident of OrenProvo it was fun to see your take...Would of loved to had seen Utah lake included and other things but it was the Perfect place to grow up in the 60’s 70’s and 80’s❤️💛💚
Wow! I'm so glad I found this channel, I plan on moving to Utah in Jan - Mar 2021, mainly for the outdoors and to pursue a new career through school. I would really like to buy a house, but if I plan on chasing a career change. ill probably stick with renting because student loans are scary. lol
You can get the house and rent out a room to a responsible friend for an extra 800 a month. That's what I would do . You did mention a career change so maybe wait until things get settled

Thank you, Cody, for your amazing content! I live on the east coast but I can’t hide that Utah is attractive. I see myself being a natural fit with kindness and positivity generating business sales as opposed to the high pressure environment that I’m just not into. That being said, I probably won’t be moving but I will be traveling for work, should I have an opportunity to work for a Utah company. I’m into sociology and demographics and I can see you are too. Thank you!
Does Prove have easy access to organic food ? - restrants, bars there's no WholeFoods already checked. I'll be studying in Bringham Young Uni in the summer.
Love the video ! Me and my wife will soon be transferring to Spanish Fork for work from Southern California and we have searched the surrounding towns and have found Provo to be our best choice to where we will want to call home, we would appreciate your input/tips on renting then potentially owning our own home in Provo? What would be the median rent on a 2 bedroom pet friendly apartment or house with basic amenities? We would really appreciate your response. Thank you
It’s funny because when I first got married in 1980 rent was 150 to 250 a month for a two bedroom apartment and 270 to 300 a month for a two bedroom townhouse boy how things have changed good luck on your move it’s the perfect place to be
It depends on how big the place is, what features it has, and where it is located. It can range from $850-2000+. What area are you looking in specifically and how big?
Yes the Air Force base is in Layton/Ogden area. A few acres will be tough to find, but it’s doable. You can go down south around payson/nephi, or up north past Tremonton could also work
Much of Utah County is fine by me: Lehi, Saratoga Springs, Orem, Spanish Fork, Santaquin... However...and I hate to give in to stereotypes...but Provo is NOT my thing. The "Y" makes for a good hike, though.
Hey there, my name is Jorge, I´m from Brasil. I really woud like to know more about Provo. I was wondering some day be able to live there. I am a businessman here in Brasil and I would like to move to open something or start working with some one as an investor.
There is a pretty big healthcare field here, but I don't think I'd be qualified to give you exact job numbers for that field! Are you looking in Provo specifically? Or anywhere here along the Wasatch Front?
i came here because spotify told me i have the same music tastes as people from provo...haha
ME TOO IM CRYING 😭🗿🗿🗿
@@arrayave2526 but whyyyy it makes no sense lmao I'm from the uk

I moved from Provo in 2005 it’s beautiful there, but I don’t miss the snow. ❄️ 😂 now I’m in beautiful trade-wind weather in Hawaii.🏖🥰♥️

Awesome! So glad it was helpful!
How is it ?
Will you make a video like this for Orem, UT ?
Luckily Orem is very much the same. They are right next to each other and will be identical in how they look.

Hi there! Congratulations! Depending on how big and how nice the place is, you are looking at about $1,250-1,600 probably!

If you're wanting to move to Provo, keep going East and you'll hit Denver. 👍🏾
what would be the average monthly rent in and around slc
It depends on how big the place is, what features it has, and where it is located. It can range from $850-2000+. What area are you looking in specifically and how big?
Hi! Do you have any tips or price ranges for the apartments for rent near to BYU? 2 bedroom apartment. whats your opinion of the lookout pointe?
Hi, we are looking for places away from the city that have a few acres. Where is that? Looking for my family. Is there an Air Force Base there?
Yes the Air Force base is in Layton/Ogden area. A few acres will be tough to find, but it’s doable. You can go down south around payson/nephi, or up north past Tremonton could also work
Hill air force base❤️
How are the public schools there?
What is the median price to rent an average size house in Provo?
You can plan on 1400-2000 depending on how many bedrooms you need.
Much of Utah County is fine by me: Lehi, Saratoga Springs, Orem, Spanish Fork, Santaquin... However...and I hate to give in to stereotypes...but Provo is NOT my thing. The "Y" makes for a good hike, though.
As cerejeiras 🤩🤩
Looking into moving from the San Diego area to Utah Valley. Provo and Orem are too crowded now, though. Got my eye on Spanish Fork.
Definitely more space in Spanish Fork, but that area is growing like crazy as well.

If you’re not Mormon then you can basically forget about being totally accepted in work, school etc..
That is not true at all. I know hundreds of people who have been very surprised at how accepting and friendly people are.
I'm 25 I heard it's the youngest population of 25 year olds
