For a channel named "Living in Salt Lake City" and a video about "Living in Ogden", you barely talk about either of these cities, let alone what's it's like to live there.

A lot of people want a lot of rich non-Mormons e to Utah. Looks like the old time Mormon prediction of the church is coming time for Mormons to move to Jackson County Missouri as predicted long ago by Joseph Smith. The Church owns a lot of land in that part of Missouri.

Hard disagree, while waiting at a red light, I saw a guy taking a dump in the park downtown in broad daylight a few days ago.

I appreciate your thoughts on this. I think people who are needing to sell may need to hurry though as we are most likely going to see the left pulling some stunts to try to stop Trump from taking office. Financially if things could be guaranteed to be peaceful from now to when Trump moves into the White house waiting to sell your house would be a Financially better decision. But, since that almost can be guaranteed not to happen IMO people need to sell asap. Just my two cents.

What part of the state is Murray in? My husband and I are considering a move out of vegas to utah possibly in the future. We cannot actually move until next year (depending of course on the percentage rates and market).

hey Cody, ive watched a decent amount of your videos now and wanted to get some input on some places to live in SLC county that aren't as mormon as the down south suburbs. I live in CA rn (yep another ca native thinking about going to Utah lol) and have been scavenging for some vids on this topic but haven't found any. I know you're a realtor and don't want to jeopardize any rapper etc by saying certain "biased" things but was curious if you could give some input?

definitely a con is the homelessness. I live downtown and there are always people panhandling, drinking, picking open wounds, sprawled out on the sidewalk, littering etc. I've also see needles on the ground which is extremely disturbing.

The less than ideal air quality here evens out the cleanliness. 😆

Yep, there’s no denying it’s a great place to live based on what you mentioned and what I have seen. Traffic is definitely one of the big disadvantages around here right now as I really think they need to get some roads building for the next few years as traffic is a nightmare here.
