Is that a rough-texture water color paper? I'm trying to figure out the difference between cold press rough and just a regular tooth to watercolor paper. This is awesome and I want to try!

You should try. You can choose any of your favourite colors. Just flow with your colors depends on your mood & enjoy it. Joy is the main purpose of my paintings.
