People bash on Grid 2 for being too arcade and too easy. Well if Grid 2 is so easy then how come so many drivers are scrubbing across the road hm? Such an easy game right? That's how I feel about the handling in GTA. Some (well-known) arcade racers are so poorly put together you can just feel the mechanics clunking around in the background as you drive. Then there's Ridge Racer. Reiko Nagase just twerks her mechanics in plain sight and you love it. It's fun as hell.
same thing happens sometimes in The Crew! if you get in a pvp lobby with some scrublords with higher level cars than yours, all you have to do is mind the road and focus on the driving instead of passing them, then at road corners things sort themselves out and you end up getting 1st lol

The game is actually pretty hard. flashbacks are here for a reason. But they are not allowed online, so I'm not surprised at all to see this. I wouldn't spit on those drivers. The tracks shown are not that easy to finish at a good speed. But it feels great to make fun of other people when it looks easy isn't it...?

In every F1 game since the 2011 one, anytime I try to race in a public match I feel like I'm actually playing a war or apocalypse game. Just the sounds of crashes everywhere as pieces and sometimes literal cars fall from the sky all around me. Makes for a shitton of laughter in the moment but its really sad afterwards. If you want to play racing games with other people online as they are MEANT to be played you have to join closed session, which usually aren't that easy to join, as they are all mostly already full and not accepting new members.

Indeed no one can drive in the Grid 2 community. I was winning like 9 out of every 10 races. You have to admit it's easy to mess up when you're at maximum attack on these roads at night. Regardless I had a blast with it.
