@estherterrier6400 They can be split by washing off soil and carefully untangling the roots. The odd one might die, but I've had good success dividing washingtonia 👍
@bloggalot4718 I do find kept dry, cold but frost free they should survive. But it does take a few years to get some sort of hardiness. The one's I have in the ground have survived -7c for several nights. They are one of the first and fastest palms to bounce back after winter 👍
@@jimspalmsuk5098 I have kept them dry in the winter but they eventually succumb. I have one left out of four which is just starting to put out a new leaf. I will keep my fingers crossed this winter.

Hard to ignore at that price. I've tended to grow my own from seed but at this price they can be treated as annuals

I’ve always lost mine in a cold greenhouse.
