In Indonesia, we usually make "'KOLAK" for iftar at Ramadan with sweet potato as main ingredient, because sweet potato is so easy to find and buy in Indonesia. And sometime we combine sweet potato with banana for get sour taste. For its sauce.... yaa, it is made from coconut milk, palm sugar, pandan leaf, water and sugar.
Yes.....yesss ... Indonesian cuisines are mostly spicy. Rendang and satay are my favourites. Enjoy the last days of Your Ramadhan brothers and sisters around the world. May Allah ﷻ accept all of our good deeds.
The Prophet SAW said: “Whoever gives food for a fasting person to break his fast, he will have a reward like theirs, without that detracting from their reward in the slightest.”🤲🏽🙏🏻👐🤲🏽🙏🏻👐 “A month of iftar becomes even more special when shared with everyone. Wishing everyone a very special Iftar and Ramadan month.”
Sate Padang is dish from west sumatra, Indonesia. And Padang is a city name and capital of west sumatra province. Sate Padang is a skewer meat, it is made from cow meat and cow tongue part and with dark yellow thick sauce with tumeric aroma ( i guess).
Indonesia has 38 provinces and thousant of tribes ! Every and each part have their own typical food. Whenever we go out of our city, we will still amaze how diff the typical & taste of others foods.
The best ifthar in indonesia is Gorengan (fries) and Es Buah (Fruit squash) after Dates (Kurma) You can see almost every single person in indonesia eats it
@@m.h.a.2404 I juat took a nickname from his actual name and put his pict for my profile pict when i created acc several years ago. Sorry, if I bother you.
Fried rice is my comfort food that has so much flavor in it, simply to make asap when you're lazy to cook❤ i usually just chopping 5 garlics then stir fry it, add Leftover rice, add egg, kecap manis (sweet soya sauce), add salt pepper sugar, cook them until golden brown😂
Kolak has a sister (kind of) called setup. Its ingredients are basically the same as kolak but without coconut cream. There is also another Indonesian food made of cow tongue that is rujak cingur.
I've definitely eaten those dishes hundreds of times already but here I am still drooling seeing you guys eat 😍 nasi goreng is the most intriguing one for me, despite the simplicity of the dish, compared to the others. Anyway, yes they did miss some bakso 😅
Thanks for introcuding indonesian dishes to the world! As an indonesian i can say that indonesia is a heaven of delicious food, however the world doesn’t know much abt our food. Rendang, nasi goreng (stir-fried rice), satay, bakso, nasi uduk (flavoured fragrant rice), nasi kuning (yellow rice), and soto, which are the popular ones, they’re just a tip of a deep iceberg. As an archipelago country which consists of more than 17,000 islands, there are so much diversity in indonesia, including in our dishes too. If you go to another region, you can find their own unique dishes like “gudeg” from yogyakarta city, “mie aceh” from aceh, “rawon” from east java, “mie kocok” from bandung city, “soto sokaraja” from sokaraja, “soto banjar” from banjar, “soto betawi” from betawi, “soto lamongan” from lamongan, “sup konro” from south sulawesi, “gulai belacan” from riau, “rujak cingur” from east java and sooo many others that i can’t mention here. Usually if you buy them outside their origin region, they won’t taste so good or aren’t too authentic compared to when you buy them in the region of their origin. Even sometimes you will struggle finding some specific dishes in another region, for example in my city (in central java) i can’t find someone selling mie aceh, sup konro, gulai belacan, rujak cingur, etc. so, exploring indonesian culinary will be a long journey. And fyi, indonesian dishes tend to have complex spices and usually spicy according to foreigners.
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Whoever says, 'Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi,' one hundred times a day, will be forgiven all his sins even if they were as much as the foam of the sea Sahih al-Bukhari 6405
Dari Abu Hurairah, dari Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam: "Barangsiapa bertasbih (mengucapkan Subhanallah) tiga puluh tiga kali setiap selesai salat, dan memuji Allah (mengucapkan Al-hamdu Lillah) tiga puluh tiga kali, dan mengagungkan Allah (mengucapkan Allahu akbar) tiga puluh tiga kali, maka hal itu akan menjadi sembilan puluh sembilan kali, kemudian untuk menyempurnakan seratus kali ucapkanlah La ilaha illallah wahdahu la syarika lahu (Tidak ada tuhan selain Allah), lahul-mulk wa lahul-hamd wa huwa 'ala kulli syaiin qadir (Tidak ada tuhan selain Allah Yang Maha Esa, tidak ada sekutu bagiNya, Maha Kuasa lagi Maha Terpuji, dan Maha Kuasa untuk melakukan segala sesuatu), maka dosa-dosanya akan diampuni meskipun dosa-dosanya seperti buih di lautan. " (Diriwayatkan oleh Muslim, no. 939).

Nice and authentic Indonesian food 👍👍👍 But as an Indonesian, I wouldn't eat Nasi Goreng for ifthaar. I find it too spicy and greasy on an empty stomach 😊
