- A superb 7.25 inch gauge Darjeeling B Class loco running on the South Devon Miniature Railway at Buckfastleigh. A previous video of mine showing steam loco Otter and two train running in 2018 can be seen here:

the Darjeeling B class engine looks very impressive here
What a lovely little engine! Very clever to turn the driver's-seat coach into a little baggage car. Glad to see other B-Classes in 7.25.
It's a beauty isn't it, Regards Keith.
I so adore this video as it reminds me of what the DHR loco's were like when they were new
It does sound like the real class B! Thank you for uploading.
Nice engine, seems to be about one third full size as the one built in New New Zealand , but Indian red for the NZ built one.
Absolutely fascinating. Can I share this on an Indian facebook group dedicated to railways please? Would you consider a small replica station perhaps? Something like a mini Rong Tong station?
You are very welcome to share the video on the Facebook page. Rong Tong station does look a bit like ours in it's general arrangement but the SDMR is situated in the grounds of a preserved GWR station and so the station building has to be in GWR style to match.
That line is mainly used by pecorama locos but who owns that one?
I know where the line is but ive also seen a few peco engines on it in vids from time to time.
SDR is great to visit but I’ve. Never seen narrow gauge run. I know it’s used when galas etc. How do tickets for it work?
