Sir, In the 80s when I tried to read philosophy the language was the most difficult issue. Whether it was Nietzsche or Sartre, their works were translated from German or French and the English language used by the translators was not as simple as it was used by J.Krishnamurthy. I bought volumes of philosophy books which I could not complete reading due to the difficult jargon used in the books. Now you have made the attempt to explain them in our mother tongue Tamil. It is a great service and we are indebted to you. In the present time of images and videos replacing text, I could ask the youngsters to watch and listen to your videos. Thank you Sir for the first step you have taken.

Good birdseyeview of western philosophy with Greek beginning. Osho brackets whole easterners may be referring to their minds and its thinking, into 3 set, camel, lion and child. Accepting everything without questioning 99.999999 percent they are camels. Only one in million or billiion absorb the whole humanity's history and contemplate on facts of the reasons behind and question everything from its unstructured base. They are called lions by Osho. They are daredevil they question every fundamentals. After lion stage comes the child stage the thoughtless child love the world. They just love for the sake of love. Prof. Murali i dont need to say is in which stage. He shows so much love to students that they revere him more than Prof or Principal
I am sorry to point out that your views are incorrect as that of the person you quoted. This is something like insulting your/our own ancestors in Eastern part of the world. They were far more intelligent than any individual of present generation ! Our civilization stood the test of time despite many foreign invasions. Many people at the West and at whole world level slowly started realising our greatness while our own people are talking against. It is said that Musician Beethoven was having a verse from Bhagavad Gita on his table. Warren Hastings was very much fond of Bhagavad Gita. Even Sunita Williams took a copy of BG while leaving for Space. The very basis of ancient Indian philosophy is through Q & A method only ! After all, nobody has accepted anything just blindly as you wrongly assume, in any schools of thought in our ancient philosophy. Even in Bhagavad Gita you can find this. At the very end, the person who heard the philosophical thoughts of Gita (BG) was given every freedom to think on his own and come to a conclusion after deeply contemplating on every aspect. Not thrusting any thoughts forcefully. Also you can find catholicity in its approach, embracing different thoughts magnanimously, but establishing firmly at final stage as to what is the real goal to aspire. There is nothing left in its approach. Even if thousand philosophers appear on this planet, they cannot deviate from our philosophies and that of Bhagavad Gita in one way or other worldwide. They only can construct based on the foundation already laid in our philosophical thoughts as BG as per the designs given by that eternal philosophical treatise. But one should have open mindedness to study that without any bias, hatred or pre-conceived notions. Finally, Camel is an unique animal which is capable of holding and store within enormous quantity of water and can satisfy its thirst whenever needed. Also it can sustain the heat of a desert unlike other animals. Above all, it is one of the most useful animals to the mankind. But by just throwing luggages in its presence without actually removing the burden on its back, rather humans are cheating that faithful animal. A Lion will be sleeping most of the times and it will keep itself in awaken position just only to hunt for food. It will try to show its power only and not so useful in any way practically, but for the only help indirectly to maintain ecological balance to certain extent by reducing population of some animals. A child's heart is pure and it will extend love irrespective of whether a person deserves that love or not and there is always the danger of being cheated by a wicked or cunning person by taking advantage of the child's innocence and goodness, even though the child is generally knowledgeable and intends to love all due to its divinity.

முதலில் தன்னை அறியவேண்டும் அறம் ஆகும் அறம் என்றால் தியாகம் தியானம் தவம் அதற்கு தேவையான யான் பொருள் தேவை அந்த பொருள்தான் உணர்வு அந்த உணர்வை தன்னால் தான் உணரமுடியும். வாய்யில் தேன் உண்ணும் போது அதன் இனிப்பை உணர்கிறான் அதே நிரமான விழக்கெண்ணையும் ஆனால் அதன் தன்மை வேறு என்பதை நூகர்தல் மற்றும் பார்த்தாலும் உணர முடியாது அதை அனுபவம் தான் அறம் அதை அனுபவிக்கத்தான் தியானம் தவம் எல்லாம் தன்னில் இருந்து வந்தது வே விஞ்ஞானமும் மெய் ஞானமும். என்று மறை மொழி கூறுகிறது. ஞான வள்ளல் மகா கனம் தங்கசாமிகள். மனிதனுக்கு மனம் என்று ஒன்று இருப்பதினால் அவன் ஆய்வு என்று ஒரு அறிவைக் கொண்டு அதனை எழுதிவைத்து பின் வரும் சந்ததிக்கும் சொல்லி வருவது கண்கூடு. இப்போது ஒன்று இருக்கிறது அது மாறிக் கொண்டே இருக்கிறது. அதற்கு பெயர் தான் மாயை. என்றும் மாறாமல் நின்ற இடத்திலேயே இருப்பது தான் அறிவு அது எல்லோரிடத்திலும் இருக்கிறது வேவ் வேறாய். அது ஒன்று தான் அறிவு அல்லது ஞானம். அது என்றும் அழியாமல் இருப்பதினால் அதைத் தான் மனிதன் தேடுகிறான் இதுவும் ஒரு தத்துவம் தானே. இதையே நடிகர் சொன்னால் அதற்கு பஞ் டையலாக் என்று கடக்காமல் உன்னை நீ அறி உனக்கு ஒரு கேடும் இல்லை என்று நாறயண குரு கைவல்லியநூலில் கூறுகிறார்.
