  • The is the 5th exercise from a set of 8 Daoyin Qigong exercises for the Stomach & Spleen - the digestive system.
    This set aims to strengthen Stomach and Spleen functions with the intention of preventing indigestion, gastric pains, ulcers, and digestive system disorders such as constipation, haemorrhoids, prolapse, and rectocele.
    The focus should be on the DANTIAN:
    BREATHING: In & out through the nose
    When breathing in, gently draw up the PERINEUM, and when breathing out, relax it.
