If you want to remove the wires wich are connected to it you have to remove the interior door panel and the rest of the parts from Inside the door. This când only be done from inside the door after removing the door panel

Can a keyless sensor be replaced inside this handle?

You need to replace the whole handle I think 🙏

To remove the whole handle, do you need to remove the panel inside the door as well? Thanks

Is refitting it easy? Just put it back in and tighten the screw?

Removing was easy but it was painful to put it back in

Yes, sometimes it's more difficult to assemble everything back together then to remove or dismantle the items

It took me several hours to get the key lock back in. What you see in RUclips videos is a lot of shaking and jiggling, this is not normally how mechanical things should work. The key lock inserts into a carrier which the T30 Torx screw undoes to unclamp the lock. When reassembling, the carrier doesn't appear to move back far enough despite it going back to a solid position with a final 'click'. There's actually further for it to go, but the mechanism will only move far enough ***if the handle / door release is FULLY pulled***. This gives you the additional two millimeters of movement of the carrier necessary to insert the key lock easily and smoothly - no agressive shaking, pushing, pulling and jiggling is necessary.
