The world needs more people just like you! Wonderful video! I can relate to you and set up so much. I’ve researched a kind of van to get for at least a year and your video pretty much helped me decide that a connect is best for me. Thank you so much for your video. I know it’s been out for a year. I’m just finding it now. Much love to you as you continue your journey.
I love your van and your maps and little gift tray! And I really love your passion for studying how the natural world of geology and chemistry is impacted by humans. My degrees are in Marine Biology and Wildlife Biology and I love seeing more people go into these fields. We need it so much!!
You are a wise woman , organized and responsible. An outlook on the world and life from your perception is interesting and makes a lot of sense. Thank you for sharing!
very well organized. I have a 2011 connect as well. It takes some serious thought into where you're going to put anything. it's literally smaller than a mini van
I love how simple this is. So many people choose van life and then kit it out with so many luxuries. I don't want to sound like I'm gatekeeping van life, but paring back is how I think it should be done.
Very efficient use of space. Neat, clean,& organized. Excellent job young lady. I left corporate America and understand the desire to no longer rush to plug in. Good luck on your travels.
What a lovely person, so aware and considerate...the build looks very efficient with everything you need! Be sure to get fabulous photos of the Great Barrier Reef to share....enjoy your travels and studies...
So inviting - the interior/lay-out of your van, the ways by which you are living, your chosen studies, your personal/self-related sharing(s), that which you surround yourself with, philosophies/acknowledgments regarding ecology and societal perceptions...you/ yourself!
Hello Tiny. This is exactly the kind of set up I am looking to build into my 1990 Chevy G10 Boggie Van. Thanks doll. Incidentally, tape is only short term. Screws are longer lasting and much more resilient.
I hope your visa allows you to travel and work. Tertiary colleges/uni are winding down for the summer holidays now, and won't start up until February 2023 - might be different for overseas students. You'll love it here. Tiny Thames (near Whitianga,) Coromandel - North Island, has a mineral museum - it's dinky, but it'll be your kinda thing. Down the road from chch, is Oamaru - made out of sedimentary rock. Because we're essentially volcanic, we don't tend to have the geology you'll have on larger land masses. Hope you'll enjoy your stay x x x
Loved this little van. Enjoyed the extra docu bit at the end meeting different solo women. I thought it was leading to some announcement of a big documentary to come. Loved seeing all these strong and amazing women striking out on their own!! Looks like an amazing lifestyle to live!!
Lovely tour & creedo for living. Along the sustainability aspect I’ve found small 5lb propane tanks are refillable. The little Coleman green tanks are very un-green as they create huge waste for a small amount of fuel.
Really cute build. I don’t think I heard anything about what you did for internet access. I guess with all those windows it’s not too hard to cool it off but what about heating? Other than those few questions it’s a cool little van and it was great that it came with the storage area! God bless and stay safe!
Mia has a sweet soul about our planet and should seriously examine the regenerative grazing movement Greg Judy (MO and AZ) and the regenerative ranchers in NZ. A totally optomistic view of the basics of feeding and building the soil and using animals as nature has for millenia... A great boost in holding water where it falls rather than washing away.
This is a really nice setup. Very Smart and you know what you want to do. I do hope all works out for you in your venture out of the country in your studies. Who knows maybe I'll see you around town In the states. Thanks for sharing 🤗
I also have a factory converted ex wheelchair ambulance... The pull down bumper is the best thing as it lets you glide in and out when down. Why is yours welded ? It's so good to put it down for loading big stuff also...
Gotta have my morning coffee too!! My RV is huge I want to downsize lol wish I could meet an awesome girl like yourself! I grew up in MT and now live in Washington there's soo much to do outdoors in WA its amazing
Use your solar battery for a small hp induction cooker is better. In case solar battery finish, can use back up canister gas which is expensive and not savings.
Awesome set up. Thank you for sharing and I wish you the best in your New journey going to New Zealand. You chose a beautiful place to go and learn about our beautiful amazing planet. May I ask' Is your ADORABLE van is going with you. Hope so. Safe travels to you. Love your stuff cuddly bear.
So I was glad to see that you did have window coverings for privacy and climate control during the winter months. I can see from other van conversion where you could add a pullout counter from the rear end of you vehicle. If you were to lift up the frame where you bed frame is. You could put in a pull out rolling counter, while still maintaining your storage space underneath. Your bed frame might then be level with,or higher than the counter on the opposite side. it would give you an open working or cooking space out in the open on pleasant days weather wise. So printed map books are still in existence? Nice. Other safety device you might consider is a satellite GPS signal transmitter. You can send someone you trust your location each night after you’ve traveled to a different site. It also has an emergency button to get help. You don’t have a wench to pull you out of places where you might get stuck. So your not a snowboarder nor a longboard skateboarder either. Oh well you can’t do everything, or carry it as well. So will you be transporting your vehicle down under for you next academic study adventure? Well I’ve heard it said that NZ is still growing and expanding in size. I know the US navy has a station there at the location your going to. If I were to go there I suppose I might feel more comfortable visiting in Auckland in the north, or go to Weta in Wellington for their special effect studio. So safe travels.
Your van is amazing ❤️ it If you dont have fridge greezer thrre ate also option of powered eggs dame nutritional value without being concerned about them being out of date
🙋🏽♀️Hiiiiiiii Beautiful Woman of Jesus Christ 🙏🏽I’ve really really enjoyed watching your video😍you’ve done a great job with your 🚐👍🏽👍🏽. Enjoy your life and stay safe on your journey darling
I love the term micro van conversion as some of these conversions while very beautiful are also very big & expensive. As a female who travels solo & is looking to get into vanlife, I was looking into something a bit smaller & possibly easier for me to drive. The Ford Transit Connect seems like a likely candidate to do my DIY build. 🚐
I see many people getting a couple of decade year old cars with 100s of thousands of miles on it. Are they not worried the car might break down soon or something?
The price of the older vehicles make them an attractive option for those looking to get on the road. However, breakdowns are an inevitable part of nomad life! We always recommend getting rigs checked out by a mechanic prior to purchase, and funneling some money each month into an emergency fund. :)
Hello what is your name and you have great looking van and it will be just find for you and you are a beautiful lady and how many place have you been to
Yep, those hat collections (like mine) multiply.😆I hope you find a connection to Jesus in your travels. He created you to be the special person you are and has a great plan for you. Thanks for sharing your home with us! (Jane❤🙏)
I you travel alone I would be scared you herd about gabby petite with that crazy boyfriend of hers that killed her he was crazy watch out for nuts when camping out there where you park be on your toes at all times but look it up on Google it's should come up under her name still the store of her God bless and stay safe out there girly

This is such a cute and efficient little set up, I love it. She such a brave person and infact all of the "solo" women are. This is inspiring.
Yes, Brave.
Ni co 😍🤗😘
This is the first tiny van I’ve seen that is so functional and not cluttered. Love the scarf.
This girl looks and sounds almost exactly like my niece and she's just as adorable. God bless her and keep her safe and happy in all her adventures.
Small but VERY NICE!!!!
Such wisdom and learning, at a young age ! Kudos. ❤🎉 😊 and continued adventure ...

I have a transit that used to be a wheelchair van as well, and I love that extra space below the floor. Lots can store down there! Great video

Very inspiring to see a young woman solo with her van. Your van is so cute and well planned and so much creativity on your part and practical

awesome to see someone so young realise there is more to life than being "productive"
You got it, we don't need the things we think we do.

Good on you buddy, best wishes from a fellow van lifer in Queenland Australia...
Simply amazing. Such a well planned out and well executed build. 5 Star *****

It's perfect for her.....really it is. And the layout is pretty much a standard for the Ford TC
Very simple and well organized❤

You will love New Zealand. Come across the ditch to Australia, seeing as you already have a koala bear.

I also have a factory converted ex wheelchair ambulance... The pull down bumper is the best thing as it lets you glide in and out when down. Why is yours welded ? It's so good to put it down for loading big stuff also...

Very well organized. Admire your home very much.
Use tension curtain rods in cupboards to keep things in place can store soft items in cushions 🎉🎉
Real maps. Real functionality. Real connection between your philosophy and your life. I wish you the best in New Zealand. Are you taking the van?
Very inspiring , I just bought my boxvan hope to finish it and hit the road as soon as possible
Good luck with your build and your new adventure! 🤗

A Great tour with you 🙋
Hi Mía, how inconvenient is to have so many windows? Cuz you can’t insulate them for hot/cold weathers. Isn’t it better not having any windows at all?
Your van is amazing ❤️ it

"for when I spin fire" 🔥 unexpected and awesome
She’s fab Great video. Back to the luxury homes

Me encanta te representa a ti muy bien .saludos desde Curazao
Love your van!
Great video brilliant thanks 👍☘️👍
Not bad, I wonder how she keeps everything in place while driving.
Saludos desde Puerto Rico❤😊
Smart beyond her years.
All the ford transit connect mini vans I’ve seen have no windows in the back (cargo) what model is this?
lovely
really cute, but where is your water?
Of course you need room for your fire shaft! 😬 you have a lot of hobbies! 😃
Very, very smart woman.
Bluetti eb3a solar station is better than the jackery and cheaper. Look it up on Amazon
It's hard to make real friends !

Awesome! I’d like to see her instagram, could you guys post it please?
She didn't mention water. Where does she carry it? Thanks
Stay safe
I'm building a small one (FULL SIZE SUV)
🪜 what model did you go with surco ladder.
The back bumper has been welded up back into the van. 14:42 Ok wat eva that means?
Did you listen to her explanation? It used to be detachable to be used as a ramp, she had it welded back solid to the van
Any build videos ❤❤❤
Check her out on instgram and her website for more info on her van build, Insta: instagram.com/miaaddyyy/

Nice banana hammock !
seeing out all the time means others can see IN all the time as well. I blocked all of my windows in my transit for total privacy. JS
