- What better way for a single pringle to spend her lonely valentine’s day than to embarrass herself for youtube content HAHA. I sent a quiz to all the people I’ve ever had a crush on. I had way more crushes but we either already made it to first base or became my bf so it would be pointless to send it to them.

Actually, I'd recommend not bothering to, only from girl to guy though. If a guy likes you a lot, he WILL let you know in no uncertain terms, no subtlety and NO guessing, lol! Also, do you really want to be with a guy that's too scared to ask you out or doesn't like you enough to push through his fears? Cowardly imo. Or you've just become easy and convenient for them and they won't value you as much. Not the way women work, but it's the way guys work. No need to be afraid of telling him and all, but know if a guy WANTS you, he friggin lets you know about it, lol!
When I was beginning to date again, I went out with two guys simultaneously (not even kissing so don't worry, just like pre-dating), I had known both before and had been vetting them each for about a year already. One would go off the map for weeks at a time, didn't really put much effort in. The other was super upfront with his feelings, and let me know his intentions of being in a monogamous relationship with me as soon as he knew, no games. Guess who I'm still in a monogamous relationship with years later.
Ladies, my point being, if you're not sure if he likes you, he probably doesn't, so don't even worry about it and keep living your life. Women have a tendency to project their feelings onto men, which leads to the "does he like me" confusion, but guys just don't really work like that. When men really want, they WANT and won't fiddle around wasting time, playing games and shit.

Gotta love thinking in boxes. Shy guys don't exist, insecure or anxious boys don't exist, etc. etc.
On the other hand, women of course should never take matters into their own hand and let men do all the work, and ultimately not put any effort in the possible relationship. Like seriously: A guy doesn't voice his feelings? Equals not putting in the effort. A girl doesn't voice her feelings? Oh, she isn't required to put in that effort. Not all brains work the same, no matter the gender.
Oh and also, lesbians (or any form of crushes including two girls) should then never get together, because well, girls aren't supposed to confess after all.

This happened to me recently after reuniting with some middle school friends in our mid 20s. Half way we talk about our old band and everyone goes R.I.P. Brandon. I remember just sitting there like an idiot not aware that a guy that was once a childhood friend/crush already passed 4 years ago and I had no clue. This hit me, thanks for sharing this and even before I found out about this I really do try to cherish every moment.

I understand what you mean when you mention about just telling your crush that you like them. I had a crush on this family friend when I was 13/14 and he was about 16-years-old. I remember his family had a cookout and everyone was either outside or somewhere else in the house. My crush and I were just alone in the room that he shared with his brothers. I was on the floor laying there because the carpet was comfy (lol) and he asked me, “Do you like me?” I pretended that I didn’t hear him and got up and said “huh? Sorry I didn’t hear you cause of the music.” He said, “Oh it’s nothing! Haha” a couple years go by and he was driving up to see me and my family since it’s been a few years since we last saw each other (we live in completely different states). He never made it up here because he was unfortunately in an accident that took his life away. I still think about him from time to time and wish I would had told him I liked him back. He was actually the first person I felt butterflies in my stomach. So, yes. I do believe in telling the person that you have a crush on them because you just never know what might happen. ❤️

The guy who's dead reminds me of a high school friend. I didn't have a crush on him but I had a crush on his brother, but they were both so pretty and funny that it seemed like most people in school who liked guys had a crush on one or both of them. One of the people who spoke at his funeral was this friend of his who mentioned that "just like every other girl in school, I had the biggest, most embarrassing crush on him." They met in middle school and it was a small town (the high school had magnet programs so that's how they got people like me), so most people who used to have a crush on him probably knew he died, but there could've been someone who moved away or something between 6th and 12th grade who didn't know, who maybe still don't know.
