Yes, there is, it depends a bit on the price class of accommodation you are thinking of. But you should probably not wash wounds with tap water, in which case it is probably best to buy it in a bottle. I don't know how you are used to traveling and what you are used to, Nepal is a poor country but it's not like Thailand I answer any question you have :) btw, you will love it there, it is like magic
Is there a lot to do in about 6 days if I stay only in Kathmandu? I have heard others say that you can do a lot if you travel the country, but that Kathmandu is not worth staying more than 3 days.

There are tempel, old "really old" building, yoga retrets, Thamel, durbar square oh man it`s 7 in the morning and i just woke up, google it and you find so much to do in and around Kathmandu.. How long is your stay in Nepal? Give me some info on what you want to do etc, easier to help you
