Also it's important to get multiple weapons. A spell power weapon to macke a macro to equip before consecrate, then back to tank weapon as consecrate gets 100% of spell power and everything else is hovering from 11% to 40%. Also a good two hander for when you are off tanking and need to be 2nd on threat. Manual Crowd pummler is BIS here for the 50% haste. Consecrate then pop buff then probably stick with another two hander or one hander to be ready for the swap
@@CEE2027 it might be, but if so then consecrate is a special spell that they created an entirely new formula for. Every other dot/hot over 8 seconds gets 100% of spell power assuming max rank is above level 56
if you have enough mp/5 to to spam max rank concecration you dont need any +spell power to hold aggro, making it a secondary stat for protection. Which in turn makes the deathbone set the best palading tank set in the game
and on another note damage mitigation through armor and defence is 10x more important than stamina, if you focus on stamina over mitigation it puts extreme stress on your healer.
i member some idiots going full stamina but i didn't knew it was a thing during 1.12. ...maybe everything was possible since most players were mouse clickers anyway....
I really like this video and agree with much of it, however I think you are underestimating mp5 as a threat generation talent, and by extension the deathbone set. It allows you to spam max rank consecration for longer, thereby increasing the amount of threat you can generate over a fight to a greater degree than any other stat. Taking into account also the great defensive capabilities of Deathbone and you really do have quite a nice set for a pre raid gear list

Stamina is good to mitigate incoming spell damage or to substitute bad gear but that's all.
