    i loved it! I´m 28 years old and just starting in judo and my current biggest barrier is that my leg strength isn't enough for my 110Kg body (in consequence, I can´t do an ippon soei nage properly)
    Thank you for this video! I will add it to my post morning routine

    Hi sensei I am 15 and do judo since 8 .I was 1 month out because of a knee problem and now I haven't the physical shape I had .What exercises can I do to become stronger for uchimata and deashi
