You are constantly being re-born, re-created, re-generated, every moment.
Concepts, thoughts, and stories are constantly being re-created.
You are generating it ALL, and this is unconscious.
When you ‘uproot’ repression and suppression, you unveil Flow.
You CAN change in an instant.
Every morning you wake up, your life story is re-constructed.
Do I have to wake up believing reality is the way I believed it was yesterday?
When breathing is restricted, get curious about what is holding it back,
when it is open, get curious about why that is...
    You are the Artist.
Awareness of something alone IS enough!
    It untangles itself,
the knots let go of You.
    Choose Freedom.
Take responsibility for your own suffering.

Thank you for that. Possibly the clearest and non jargon description I've seen of this process. I know I am repressing emotions, the good ones as well as the "bad" and am stuck in a cycle where my rational mind thinks that expressing or feeling them will overwhelm me both physically and psychologically. I think that is my core belief that holds me back. It's like a distrust of the body of that makes sense?
The times when I come closest to feeling say feelings of sadness is if I listen to music that is poignant to me but even then I can feel the sense of repression trying to take control so I only end up going part into the experience. Crazy really as human beings we have evolved to feel emotions. These are what make us fully human and we are taught to shy away from them.

You’re doing great exploring, you don’t want to go to war with the parts that say “don’t express this” for context they undoubtedly saved your life at some point. This is a process. Learning skill and tools can really help, as well as understanding that expression is SAFE. So it might be worth surrounding yourself with folk who are similarly doing this work

Thank you. I think your right. Deep down I think I need a safe space where I can explore this further with people going through the same journey. Now it's finding them. Thank you once again for taking the time and trouble to reply. I can only commend you for what you do and to show the positive side and possibilities of the internet as opposed to the darker and more destructive aspects.

@@philbell5774 yes the internet actually saved my life, I couldn’t talk to anyone about this stuff in the “real world” I just didn’t trust them. There’s plenty of groups out there I won’t push you any which way, and of course there’s Ben here!

@@philbell5774 well I mentioned Ben! Other recommendations are Scott kilobys members area and the centre for healing, both of which I’m sure Ben here will endorse!
