Loving the Vlogs guys, can I ask a question I’m going the process at the moment but I’m torn between a condo and a villa. Can I ask have you had the condo booked out most of the time ? I’m just worried if I go down the condo route I’m going to regret not getting a villa.
Hi Carl 😊 oh wow very exciting times for you! 😀 bookings have dried up recently, but thats not just us, it's Florida as a whole. Owners think its because people are waiting for Epic Universe to open next year and so people aren't visiting Florida this year. We chose a condo for a few reasons, their cheaper to buy, maintenance is cheaper because our HOA pays for all external problems, and your home insurance company require you to have a new roof every 15 years, if you don't have a new roof then itll be hard to get home insurance. Having a villa is obviously the nicer choice, however its a lot more expensive to maintain and run. Just depends on how much your willing to pay the upkeep of it, wish you all the best in buying your property! 😀 thanks so much for watching 😊
