We've made smart financial decisions over the years and we don't have any luxury items. Hi Erika 😊 we do have a US phone which we bought last year, but it costs a lot of money per month as the pay as you go is only for 30 days so then your number gets wiped after the 30 days, thats with AT&T. We haven't found a better alternative solution for keeping a US phone number as of yet. Our bank charges a lot for the wiring fee, so its a much cheaper option for us to pay by cheque. Hopefully our Management company sorts out an auto pay feature very soon for us International Owners! Thanks so much for watching! 😀

Hi Mark 🙂 the day tickets for Disney are flexible pricing, so they change every day. Also, depending on what time of year you go, the price will also increase. The day tickets are EXTORTIONATE, the park hopper tickets are over $200 for one day and the price increases as you get closer to the weekend. Our 14 day park hopper tickets cost us £550 each, so that's $720 per person. The 14 day tickets are extremely good value, so as long as we go to Disney 4 times (which we are going way more than 4 times) we have got the most out of our 14 day tickets. Hope this helps 🙂

It certainly would have been but we only got told that a Notary was arranged to come to our house the night before and we had to tell the Title Company that they would have to rearrange because we were at work the next morning! So it was just dropped on us with no prior warning, plus we both couldn't have any more time off work unfortunately!

Wow thats amazing! We always do the free Visitor Toll Pass because we got scammed/ripped off last year with the rental car company!

Glad you enjoyed it! 😀 our HOA covers internet, water, cable tv, the exterior of the buildings and the maintenance of the resort. Home insurance is not covered, you have to sort that out yourself and pay it separately 🙂
