    I hate the fact that Jason Newsted was hazed by James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich and Kirk Hammett. Just because your well loved band member was tragically killed does not give the right to put the "New Kid" in a situation where he has to fight for their respect what does that achieve in the long run nothing but misery and disappointment because he auditioned and knew the material and he must have practiced so much that his fingers bled just to play shows and record albums with them. I cite Jason Newsted as a playing influence but also he laid it down to James, Lars and Kirk that he wanted to do Echobrain fucking let your band member get the steam off his chest don't try and contain and control them like they are a Russian lapdog that has to beg and roll and do fucking parlour tricks. Thanks Jason for being a beacon of hope when egotistical band members that can't handle their own personal shit who then take it out on other people just because they think they know everything when in reality the same person in the jam room and studio knows a lot more then the rest of the band. I hate bullying in school and college but the worst is in when people want to play music and be in a band that is worst kind of character assassination and defamation because jerk off artists want the world to revolve around them. • @crazeyjoe
      @crazeyjoe 4 года назад +1

      It's unheard on AJFA, because the bass track doesn't exist. The songs on AJFA are great. It's that the tone is awful Jason kept in touch with Kelly Smith, the original drummer of Flotsam and Jetsam. Kelly didn't just mention that the bass tracks for AJFA were dumped. Newsted also told him that the drum tracks for Load Nad Reload are actually drum machine tracks. Being that the tone sounded subdued, kinda robotic, perfectly in time and doesn't have any drumming traits that Lars is known for, such as accenting on the 2 insted of the 1, that made perfect sense to me. Also, because it took lars 9 months to track his drums for the Black album. lol!

    How did bob rock not pull all his hair out working with these guys. Jason is the only one who can kinda play music and not act like a child. (Same goes for Rob). The bassists in Metallica have all been their best musicians.

      That ir because the drum tracks were omitted from the mix. Not low in the mix, no bass at all in the mix. Should the title be re-named "No JasonBass For All?"

      Ironically, I'm so used to the crappy mix on AJFA that I actually prefer it to fan-made re-mixes that raise the bass volume. Still, I often wonder how Justice would have sounded if it had been produced with the same quality and detail as the black album.
