Expedite your cases with valid reasons because they are expediting the cases more now i went for my interview there was a guy who submitted his case in 2023 and he expedited and they approved and was there for interview that day

We got I-130 approved after expedited our case, after expedite approved we got an i-130 approved after 2 days. So please tell me can we expedite our NVC case before we get a welcome letter.

2) Do i need to print screenshots of our chat and call log history? or couple/ family photos are enough?

My husband has been submitted our case in September 2023 and he also get our case number as well and they also email him that our case has been assigned to the officer but its has been 1 year almost pass away but still we didn't get any new updates on our case and my husband is US citizen please tell me why they getting to much time for it.

1. I got it from a local studio who printed the photos. Any local studio can do it
2. I took around 20 but there’s so set amount. Any amount that shows you two together and with family, just so the officer gets an idea.
3. It was 4x6 I think but that doesn’t matter, large enough so officer can see but not too big obviously

Yes 7am is fine. You should be there by 6am. They will start making lines and let u process for ticketing and stuff in shuttle area by 6;15. Shuttle might start by 6;45. 7am is the time when they are expecting you to reach embassy. They will start interview later. Yea you can upload pictures gift receipts etch. It actually helps the case.
For nikah nama im not sure but I would not upload it at this time but just take it to interview. If they ask anything you can show original one. No need to mention yourself.

Hello ma'am, I was watching lots of yours videos, my wife is a Us citizen and I'm a Punjabi Indian citizen. Near about 1 year we got our I-130 approved, but now we taking stress because of our marriage certificate. We got married in abu dhabi non Muslim family court and I wanna know about the New Delhi US embassy at the interview time they will accept my Abu Dhabi marriage certificate.
Hi did they accept at the time of nvc? Have u neen DQed? If it was accepted as part of document submission you should be good. Also you can contact Indian embassy in abudhabhi to confirm if its valid for US immigration. Link is here www.indembassyuae.gov.in/registration-marriage.php

Most of the times bas dekh ke return kardete hain. And nahi aap ko attest nahi karana hoti. Bas photocopy ho sakti hai. Important are: birth certificate, interview letter, and I-864 form, and DS-260 confirmation page

AOA. My daughter-in-law is going to US Embassy to appear in her IR-1 Interview. She is trying to open her CEAC Portal but she couldn’t. She wanted to upload some updated documents like new Affidavit of Support provided by her husband(My Son), her Master’s Degree/Transcript etc. if she couldn’t upload these can she she take these documents to show the Visa Interview Officer there. Yes she can take those to the interview, especially the updated I-864 Affidavit of Support. But why can’t she open CEAC portal? Updated I-864 can be uploaded in the additional documents section.

I have heard some where that when we enter usa we can apply for us citizenship as we get our green card we don't have to wait for 3 years because our cases already took so long time and will get citizenship appointment in 6-7 months is it true? Do you know anything like that?
No that is not true. You have to wait for 3 years for marriage based green card and 5 years for all other GC, before you can apply for citizenship

Hello! They’re currently interviewing DQ of May 2022, so you have around 1.5 years till interview unfortunately. The good thing is that Islamabad embassy is processing a bit faster now so maybe you get your IL sooner iA 😊

It’s taking longer for interview scheduling after expedite approved I’ve seen lately. I would wait for few more weeks, if they expedited it they will contact you. Make sure you don’t miss their email. Good luck !
