Hi Zaitoon, apne interview se phele NVC ko contact karke explain kijiye ke date of birth ghalat thi form pe, aur woh correct kar denge. Agar interview ki data aachuki hai, toh interview waaley din apne consular officer ko bata dijiye ke wahin pe correct karden. Good Luck!
I am working in Dubai. My wife is from USA and we got married here in dubai. We did register our marriage in Pakistan online and we do have marriage certificate from Nadra. Hi Ramsha, now a days the marriage certificate can't be obtained from Nadra, local bodies office UC gives you translated version of marriage on same page with urdu and English both. If this is case do we have to translate original nikah in English???

Hi, Nalini thank you for your query. Biometrics through appointments are done in few categories of visa, other than that they take it usually at the time of interview at consulate. Its just photos, fingerprints and signature. In my case of CR1 visa ( living in Pakistan and Husband is US citizen) I didn’t get any appointment and got it done at embassy at the time of interview. Also, if USCIS wants you or its must in your particular case to take biometric appointment they’ll notify you through a letter and send you details of appointment themselves.
At 13:00 we also missed to upload 3 marriage certificate we only uploaded 1 nadra issued certificate and they rejected it after that we uploaded 3 certificates 1 nadra marriage certificate 2 English translated marriage certificate 3 urdu nikah nama I am sorry i was late on your video But thanks for such great information

Walikumsalam Usman! Aap ne alag se form sahi field mien upload kia hai? Additional documents ke section ke uper usually ek alag section hai, dedicated to Affadavit of support, wahan pe upload karna hota hai. I-864 ko fill karte hain, aur alag se upload/submit bhi karte hain If issue phir se araha hai, please call NVC. Good Luck!
Nadra doesn't issue birth certificate its union council with bar code and scanable. Nadra never never issue a birth certificate. Union council is connected to nadra but union council have different office. Take hospital birth certificate and old certificate to union council they will issue you on the basis of old original certificate. And one thing here its expensive fees increase according to your age.
I uploaded computerized marriage certificate they they we need nikahnama too Then we uploaded computerized marriage certificate and nikahnama both they were like where is the notarization of the nikah nama then did that the 3rd time but this whole thing happened in a month while it could have happened in a week
I know my case is super delay but waiting waiting waiting and holding big patience. Mostly people's file K3 129 f after filing i_130 to speed up process But in my case we didn't do this Just the i_130 £ 130 A That's it & supporting documents. The other question is that there are other accompanying family members with the principal applicant so whether we have to pay AOS fee only once per case or have to pay separate for each accompanying immigrant. I mean AOS is $120 and IV fee is $325, i know that i have to pay $325 for each person but confused about AOS fee. Kindly respond to it.

Birth certificate and date of birth proof are 2 different things. You can use 1pth certificate as date of birth proof. But in cases of immigration they ask for birth certificate. Thats a totally different document. It comes from your panchayat/municipal records in India and you get it from your District/city hospital. It clearly says on top 'BIRTH CERTIFICATE'. Also you need to submit the birth certificate in both languages if any ie, original language and English.
Hi Kulsum, mien apne experience se bata sakti hoon, ke documents NVC pe upload 2 times kiye jaate hain. Jab aap ka case NVC pe pohonce aur initial review ke liye jaata hai aur woh require karte hain. And secondly, when your interview letter comes, toh aap NVC/CEAS portal mien jakar, additional documents section mien aur evidence upload kar sakti hain, aur updated Financial documents bhi. Humne apni aur pictures, chat logs upload kiye they 2 weeks before interview. good luck!

Hello maam. Nvc ask about petitioner divorce dicree to upload and they accept all other documents. So after that we upload divorce dicree in civil section so what you think is it correct or we have to upload it in addition or financial document. And also divorce dicree falls in civil document according to Google.

Hi Husnain, thank you for your comment. Since your wife is a U.S. Citizen, your process will definitely be faster than other cases (i.e. green card, etc), but it's still taking around 2 years these days, due to backlog. If you want, you can consult a lawyer asking about expedite requesting your case for visa, since your wife is alone in U.S. Also, the NVC welcome letter comes in 6-8 months after you file I-130. NVC process is done all online so both of you can sign in and submit documents, I have a detailed video on NVC documents and can do more if you have other questions. Thanks! Good Luck!
No need for attestation. Also please check again police certificate requirements respective to your case as in general PCC is not required from pakistan. You just need to select not available option while uploading docs and you can upload screenshot from US official website saying pcc are not required from pakistan.Shaista Khan he already responded for Pakistan but you can also check here travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country/Pakistan.html

The CEAC account can be accessed using the Case ID and Invoice ID by both petitioner and beneficiary. Those two ID’s are received in email. The DS-260 is filled out from the perspective of beneficiary
Hi, the form I-864 is filled by the petitioner (sponsor) who is in USA. So wherever it says 'You' on the form, it is referring to the person in USA, meaning your spouse (petitioner). You have to enter info of yourself and petitioner in the form, but please make sure you fill out each section accordingly.
Once you fill out the application, select any payment method and we will reach out to your email for alternative payment method. But reminder, our 1:1 Interview prep is only for preparation of visa interview, we don’t offer help in preparing case or documents. Thank you
You need to upload all your civil and financial documents in CEAS Portal, after DS-260. Once they are all accepted, then you are DQ'ed. Then Interview letter will be issued around 1 year after DQ. good luck

Yes you need 3 marriage documents in NVC. Urdu original nikkahnama, English translation nikkahnama, and NADRA marriage registration certificate

What was your DQ DATE and what's the interview date? Is it by the Mumbai consulate?

It used to be nadra before now it's union council but they still used nadras data base so it's the same thing

Birth certificate and date of birth proof are 2 different things. You can use 1pth certificate as date of birth proof. But in cases of immigration they ask for birth certificate. Thats a totally different document. It comes from your panchayat/municipal records in India and you get it from your District/city hospital. It clearly says on top 'BIRTH CERTIFICATE'. Also you need to submit the birth certificate in both languages if any ie, original language and English.

Hi Kulsum, mien apne experience se bata sakti hoon, ke documents NVC pe upload 2 times kiye jaate hain. Jab aap ka case NVC pe pohonce aur initial review ke liye jaata hai aur woh require karte hain. And secondly, when your interview letter comes, toh aap NVC/CEAS portal mien jakar, additional documents section mien aur evidence upload kar sakti hain, aur updated Financial documents bhi. Humne apni aur pictures, chat logs upload kiye they 2 weeks before interview. good luck!

Wsallam. No, civil documents do not include NIC of the beneficiary. It includes passport of the beneficiary.

So after that we upload divorce dicree in civil section so what you think is it correct or we have to upload it in addition or financial document. And also divorce dicree falls in civil document according to Google.

Aoa. Our is case is there at NVC and we made our login at CEAC link. Now provide me the details about how we have to pay our fee? As there is no bitton/option to pay now or something else but Not Paid status.. Its almost more than a month gone from the invitation letter from NVC.

Hi Husnain, thank you for your comment. Since your wife is a U.S. Citizen, your process will definitely be faster than other cases (i.e. green card, etc), but it's still taking around 2 years these days, due to backlog. If you want, you can consult a lawyer asking about expedite requesting your case for visa, since your wife is alone in U.S. Also, the NVC welcome letter comes in 6-8 months after you file I-130. NVC process is done all online so both of you can sign in and submit documents, I have a detailed video on NVC documents and can do more if you have other questions. Thanks! Good Luck!

No need for attestation. Also please check again police certificate requirements respective to your case as in general PCC is not required from pakistan. The CEAC account can be accessed using the Case ID and Invoice ID by both petitioner and beneficiary. Those two ID’s are received in email. The DS-260 is filled out from the perspective of beneficiary

Hi, the form I-864 is filled by the petitioner (sponsor) who is in USA. So wherever it says 'You' on the form, it is referring to the person in USA, meaning your spouse (petitioner). You have to enter info of yourself and petitioner in the form, but please make sure you fill out each section accordingly.

You need to upload all your civil and financial documents in CEAS Portal, after DS-260. Once they are all accepted, then you are DQ'ed. Then Interview letter will be issued around 1 year after DQ. good luck
