In northern Idaho it’s pretty hard to wander around the woods in February in waist deep snow.

Don't be one of those people disturbing Elk in their winter range in February. People who do this are ruining it for everyone and legitimately harming the herd.

If you are pushing elk and deer with your scouting your not doing them or anyone any favors. Maybe another reason our deer herds can’t ever recover, being harassed/stressed in a critical time.

😂😂😂 no offense to anyone but 20 horns with the glass 😂😂😂 had me rolling
Not all but most of those that really know about shed hunting know the number one tip is don’t talk to anyone about anything when it comes to sheds…like I said no offense to anyone, I was at 20 once too, a long long time ago ….good luck this year…

Just keep disturbing them , then when u think you haven’t disturbed them enough just keep doing it. That’s all you gotta do

They are right about pressuring herd or individual animal in their winter range..... The animals are there because there is no food anywhere else, so you push them out of that location and you might as well be killing them, that is the reason why it is important not to send 1500 yuppies into the wilderness looking for antler sheds.
