For real...it's barely even "power metal" anymore...most of the new album is just straight thrash metal, and it is incredible. It may be the heaviest album I've heard in awhile with all clean vocals. You can stand this album against ANYTHING out there. Heavy, groovy, chunky, and awesome.
Hi John!!! newer band to me, never heard about them, but i think i have seen some album by them on another VC channels. To me always "christian rock" was more of an odd thing, just know Stryper from back in the day and lately finding out there's a big scene in the US with this type of bands...... Iwill try to give it a listen, sounds cool. cheers and be well
They are one of the better Christian bands. I know a lot of Christian bands play either metalcore or try to be a Christian version of a secular band, but this one is an exception to the rule.
Firewind are releasing a new album in 2024.. The album will be called Stand United and will be out March 1st (same weekend as Ministry). The band features Gus G. on guitar. Gus played for Ozzy on his 2010 album Scream (the period I saw him)!
This album is fire. Really nice touch being a bit heavier than their previous stuff
