Hoping its a relaxing part of your day where you can set aside stock reorders and pricing and the not-so-fun stuff, and just enjoy yourself. Your efforts are much appreciated.
I love your videos! As a matter of fact, after watching several (again) I placed TWO orders for patterns and fabric today. I have not been able to quilt in about five years due to my husband’s illness, but you have drawn me back in and I and my quilting friends are very happy! Thank you for being you and bringing me back to something I love.
I play a game called “Can you guess which thread color Donna will pick?” LOL. I’m getting pretty good at it. I have also been working on my ability to stitch without pinning and “eyeing”things, and I’m getting pretty good. Thank for all you do for us in the quilting community. You are amazing!

That's a great idea! I'd love to see a traditional quilt made too. I know there are tutorials Donna has made in the past but is been a long time. I'd love to see Donna do a string quilt. I've made a few and they're wonderful.
Yes, I too would love to see a “more traditional “ tutorial… A sampler quilt? Or maybe a medallion quilt, where the pieced borders have to be worked out to fit the quilt? (that WOULD be a two-parter!) Meanwhile, I really love today’s quilt and the clear and helpful tutorial - thanks, Donna and team!)

I recently received this pattern in the mail. Previously I had made my own version using a 2" square while waiting for the mail and complete instructions. I discovered that using the size recommended by the pattern does not make the block as attractive as does the 2" square. Give making one of each a try before following the pattern instructions to see what you think before making a whole quilt. Thank you Donna for all your wonderful tutorials. I would have never gotten this far into the quilting world without them.

I love fabric and love making quilts. Due to my bad Fibromyalgia, I don't make many as I would like, it takes me so long to get one done. But I love sewing and I will never stop sewing.
