Easter Egg N. 6 - Flying UFOs
Aliens and UFOs play a big part in Grand Theft Auto V.
You can see a frozen alien in North Yankton during the Prologue mission, or a sunken spaceship in the depths of the Pacific Ocean. But more interestingly, there are three flying UFOs that appear in the game.
The first UFO can be found above Fort Zancudo. Steal or buy a Shamal, reach the maximum height and launch yourself from the plane with a parachute to see the spaceship - unfortunately you can't land on it.
On top of Mount Chiliad there's a message saying "Come back when your story is complete". This message is referring to the flying UFO that you can see on top of the Mount at 3:00 AM while it's raining, but only if you have achieved the 100% completion of the game.
If you approach it too closely, the UFO will disappear.
You can also use the Weather Cheat to trigger the scene:
XBOX 360: RT, A, LB, LB, LT, LT, LT, X
PLAYSTATION 3: R2, X, L1, L1, L2, L2, L2, Square
(Insert this cheat 7 times for the Thundery weather)
A similar UFO is located in Sandy Shores.
You can read "FIB" on top of the spaceship, and if you get too close, it pushes you away.

It has military style markings with the intakes labeled "danger" and the words "segregate and rearrange" on it so it seems to have been made on Earth. There is a larger version in a Zancudo hanger accessible during an online Halloween event.

Everyone what if the UFO is the reason why when you switch characters it zooms out then into characters?
So I wasn't the only one thinking that. Because if you switch character, if you look closely, you can see an oval form on your screen in white/fluorescent. Maybe the UFO does that?

i mean, all earth vehicles makes noise too. The noise could probably come from the rotors of the propeller, like a helicopter. Like an engine, if its spinning really fast, it could sound werid, but that noise comes from the rotor of the main engine so ufos can be explained easily. the zancudo one couldve made by the military based on its propeller design liike helis. the other ones tho... idk, aliens?

One thing I’ve noticed about the Zancudo ship is that it’s cabin area looks strikingly similar to the B-2 Spirits cabin and intakes, just thought that was cool

I've noticed that zancudo means mosquito in Spanish so when you go to fort zancudo its actually means fort mosquito and when you go look for the UFO it looks like mosquito from far then when you go closer it turns into a UFO very smart rockstar

For those having trouble finding them, look at his minimap in the video, it has black lines on it, match those when flying up and down
It'd be awesome if Rockstar made an alien DLC for this. Kind of like Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare but with aliens.

Fun fact: rockstar was making story mode dlc 's for franklin, Trevor, and Micheal. Franklin's dlc was about aliens invading los Santos. But the idea was scrapped.

The other UFO's except the one on top of fort zancudo are human made (The FIB) (The government) It's either to joke about UFO's or spying on everyone but the one on top of fort zancudo is definitely extraterrestrial made and (1/2)
1) The military base is controlled by aliens or aliens made a deal with the humans. 2)‚ aliens are on top of the base without the base knowing? Even if the UFO cannot be detected but still how‚ 3) humans stole an UFO and are spying because the things below the UFO are either cameras or powerful Lazer to destroy the island or a city which can be aliens too since the UFO looks like extraterrestrial made.

The first UFO in this video is different than the others. I was thinking that maybe it's not a real UFO but actually like a stealth plane or something from Fort Zancudo. It looks a little bit more like being build by human than the other UFOs.
The alien space car interacts with one of the UFOs but the thing is such one many other parts of the story have different UFOs and the space car is docked up I think in the military base

I think those UFOs and the FIB is a reference to the tv series The X-Files where FBI agents investigate extraterrestrial life and what the government is hiding about it from the public eye.

I found the UFO's at MT. Chillkad and FT. Zancudo. Man, that one at Zancudo is creepy. My ears.... found it with my Buzzard, when I got too close, the motor stopped and MY EARS!!!! When I was far enough, the chopper worked again.

I like to theorize that the UFOs excluding the Zancudo UFO symbolizes the protagonists.
Franklin’s Completion UFO is a reminder that Franklin has became a master bank robber and the sole character to complete the final task but far from done for the UFO, theres still more to be done.
The UFO above Sandy Shores is Michael and the FIB’s controlling over Trevor and possibly what Dave meant by “monitoring him” is the FIB UFO with Trevor unaware.
The crashed UFO underwater is a resemblance of Brad’s death as he was buried and never a GTA protagonist, like the UFO fallen down to the water

I found a new easter egg, when you play the mission "Hood safari" in GTA 5 which is happening in grove street, when you approach it, you can see three grove street members on a bike, instead of going directly to grove street, follow those guys. It is a reference to the bike mission in GTA SA, if you watch the three men on the bikes in GTA 5, You can see, that the one with the white tank is CJ, the one all in green is Sweet, and the one with the glasses is Big smoke

Dude,millions of people play gta 5,servers were tripping when the hiests came out because over 7 million players were playing their consoles to do some heists,im pretty sure people out of those 7 million discover them.
I discover few easter egg myself. So out of all player together. We combine and found all easter egg . We get bored, we explore out of curiosity etc

I managed to land on top of the 1st one (fort zoncudo) and quickly saved the game...I'm just reloading it now to see if I appear again on top of it!!!...

Wow, it worked, just loaded up my save and I'm stood on top of it, so you can land on it...I moved around a bit and it eventually propelled me off.

I actually noticed that they were underground bases in the ocean I need to find those they are so many secrets in GTA that I didn’t know of mostly the UFOs are my favorite that’s why they’re hidden in the mountains so people can’t really find them that’s true in real life also they’re pretty much hidden everywhere even under ground but yeah I need to figure out how to drive one in GTA if I can do the challenge to be able to use it😞😁

Hello Yashil, I know it's been 9 years but I have to answer this question; Nothing happens. It's a visual trick, the light doesn't come out from the ufo. And even if you go under the UFO nothing happens.

something weird happened to me, i was trying to find the sandy shores UFO without noticing that i needed to have 100% complete, so i tried finding it with 67% so, the UFO effects (the sheen and glitch on screen) appeared but the UFO wasnt there!

I think the sandy shores one is bugged for me. When I reach the right place, I won't see it, but the screen will start to get distorted. Funny thing is, this distorted effect is only supposed to happen for the zancudo ufo. smh.

You will be able to hear the creepy UFO noise but you won't be able to see it because you have not accomplished 100%
