How is it environmentally responsible to have less than half the number of passengers onboard the same aircraft, burning the same fuel?
Well, compared to a fully loaded ATR it isn't, but compared to private business jets it definitely is. People with money will always find a way of traveling comfortably so I guess this is a way of reducing emissions whilst still doing so.
