Hysteroscopy goes a long way in helping us to find the cause of abnormal uterine bleeding and treatment of the pathology at the same time in only single sitting Here we are dealing with a case of endometrial polyp arising from fundus of the uterus and thus treating menorrhagia (heavy menstrual bleeding) and infertility which are due to these polyps.
