And don’t forget winter storms. When I lived there there would be no power for close to a week. One year there was no power except my house. Everyone came over, showered and climbed on top of my bed. There were so many great memories.

Love Madrone! BF's brother lives across from Perry's! I'm in the hood all the time.

I lived at 146 Madrone for 25 years. Do you remember Doc Perry? Dave Slopak was a very good friend of mine. He passed away about four years ago.
      It’s a wonderful wonderful town.

Any notable difference between Mill Valley and Larkspur as they are just 10 min away.

Yes a few-weather is going to be better more often in Larkspur. MV has more fog and is on average cooler. MV is also a lot harder to navigate in most areas compared to Larkspur-more tiny, windy roads up in hills and through forests, and there are parts of MV that are quite far from the highway which can be inconvenient if you want to go to the store or have to commute. Larkspur is smaller so for the most part is more convenient no matter where you live. Being closer to the Marin Country Mart in Larkspur is also a plus, but not so far away if you’re in MV. Home prices vary more widely in different neighborhoods of Mill Valley, some are going to be substantially less expensive than Larkspur on a per foot basis, while others can be more expensive.

Austin fo you live in larkspur... no... im 65... lived in marin for over 35 years. Worked in larkspur for 10 years. Im just remembering. Your the guy whovm hates mill valley. Of course youd focus on larkspur because you cant sell in mill valley. Thats cool. Larkspur in my opinion not where'd i live. But its more affordable than all south marin. Which is great. You slammed mill valley . Your click bate was, YOULL REGRET BUYING IN MILL VALLEY, weird... good luck. Hope you're getting ready for aug 17th when doj implement tge needed rules to make realtors act ethically. FINALLY. why we need regulations, because industries cant be regulate themselves. Many realtors lie, never told clients they can negotiate commisions. Nobody has to pay 6% 2 realtors . Now DOJ makes this clear. Weve been lied to, ripped off by realtors. No all. Almost destroyed us in 2008. Not all realtors fault.
I hope you do well during the transitions most of you hate.
Thankfully we are finally being told truth.

Btw Austin, I'd suggest you not respond like a bitter bitchy queen who can't take criticism, like you did previously. Put yourself out there , great. Just buck up and dead with responses. Take care dear. I actually sincerely mean it.

I'm in West LA, a fifth generation Californian, looking North, but how infuriating that just to live decently in America it costs millions of dollars. Did Grandpa leave me that $2,000,000 cute spanish house, No, that's not American values, but it is foreigners.

@@markpb4767 For one example, I like Chinese and Asians a lot, I taught English there and learned much about their cultural values. The parents do absolutely everything for their adult children. Then they move to Pasadena,
CA where the good high schools are now 50% Chinese, and they continue doing everything for their adult kids. Us Americans weren't so spoiled, and how are we to compete with this. How to even get married or have best friends? Then they often pay cash for their homes, and make that impossible for us too. It doesn't work for us fifth generation natives.
