    Your content is incredibly professional and educational for being such a new channel, but for common folk like myself I would love to hear descriptions of the dishes. Part of the draw is getting to live vicariously through you, and it's hard to imagine being there without more sensory details about the experience.

    One of the most promising channels I have seen in a long time. I'm not enough of an expert on the blessed algorithm to know for sure, but this is exactly the quality of content that tends to grow big.

    Crazy inspiring.
    Grew up in Africa. Moved to France at 15.
    Became a pro basketball player.
    Then became a 3-star chef.
    I'd watch a movie or documentary about this guy.

    Liked the video. In the future I would like to see you explain the dishes and the ingredients a bit more if possible. You said there were 23 dishes but I don't think you talked about even one in detail. Was it a seafood focused menu? How were the desserts? etc.

      The point of the show is he gives u a intro to the restaurant. He gives u a review at the end and it motives you to go and try it yourself. If u want to know the dishes. Search for the restaurant itself and find videos

      I had the same comment with the danish no 1 restaurant review .. but here I actually don’t miss it .. such a uniquely perfect and complex experience deserves some mystique .. there is simply too much going on to analyse one by one .. in this particular case I think the review itself was rather perfect .. basically suggesting to come and check this out yourself

    Open kitchen means confidence in staff. A lot of cheffs wil show their anger when something doesn't happen at their wish. This shows me to be better and use and put your energy in the place it needs to be . Thank you Alexander to give us the chance to enjoy with you .

    One of the best food channels on youtube, my favorite for sure. Haven't seen Marseille in a good while, in the 80's i travelled by bike from Germany to Marseille 😀

    Even if I think it's stupid, and I eat in Michelins or any other "luxury" restaurants only on the occasion of business meetings or dates, and I personally do not support the craze for these over-complicated places and so-called art (a way of milking or laundering money), I absolutely appreciate the creator of the channel. To be honest, the guy could talk about how grass grows and it would still be interesting.
    Personally, I am not a fan of such restaurants, but I am 100% a fan of Alexander. I respect and greet you! Thanks for the interesting content.

    Hey Alexander, thanks for your work ! I have been to AM 3 years ago and it is definetly one of my best restaurant experience of my life. I felt like the creativity of the chef has no limit. All the differents tastes, textures, associations were just incredible ... I cjust an't wait to go back there. AM is such a modern and powerful restaurant, it has really tagged something in my gastronomic life.

    The dark walls create an intimacy that feels expansive rather than claustrophobic. The plates and the plating are exquisite. I can't appreciate the wines, but I see that you are very happy with the sommelier's choices.

      Hi Abhimanyu, thank you for your support and also for your kind comment, I’m very happy to share my passion for gastronomy with you! The name of my restaurant is 42 restaurant, guess what, I have a special plan for the 42nd episode of the series. :)
      If you come to Hungary, I would be happy to see you in the restaurant and I would also recommend other exciting fine dining spots, in the last 10 years a real gastro-revolution has swept through the country.
      P.S. I'm a big fan of Indian cuisine, 2 days ago I went to an Indian restaurant in Dubai. It has one Michelin star and was a brilliant experience. I will make a short reels about it soon for Instagram, I hope to meet you there too.

    Congratulations on finding Selosse 2008. I discovered the estate in 2000, when I could afford the wine. I also visited a cellar at a restaurant in Canelli Italy where at least 20% of the champagne inventory was from Selosse (I’ve never been so amazed in my life).
    Your channel is fantastic and I eagerly awaiting each installment.

    If i go to a restaurant i dont want to go to a franchise where the menu is design by

    as a chef who went trough few Michelin star jobs i can honestly say is all about a textures and plating. I haven't test anything what you could not achieve in whey simpler way...additionally most of the stuff is over seasoned due to size of the portions.
    Chicken will still test chicken no matter what you will do with it- transparent ravioli,foams,gummy sauces or frozen crumb.

    Im from Marseille and I have to say I am amazed to see all this luxury with more than half of the population living in terrible buildings that crumble causing deaths every year and have barely any food to eat
    Luxury shouldn’t exist in a society where misery is predominant

    You can find that Jacques Selosse 2008 Millesime for about half the price mentioned on wine searcher. Nevertheless, the restaurant price for that bottle is very, very good.

    I dont want to like this channel!!!! But I was drawn into a world I dont quite get. Its beyond my comprehension. It seems frivolous and pretentious...... but to celebrate this is something that is intriguing. I doubt I could appreciate these dishes, but its interesting to observe.

      We try to find the balance. Don't get me wrong, but for me a restaurant is more than the detail of each dish. I am fascinated with the complexity of it, which will cause you the experience.

    - After spending 330Eur in lunch, and notificing you are fit, do you simply go home and eat some plain chicken breast, eggs and salad? Because for all the nice experience surely these 3 michelin star restaurants are, that doesn't feed no man well enough.
